Welcome to AquaTech Solutions. These Terms of Service govern your use of our irrigation controller and water system repair services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Agreement

AquaTech Solutions provides professional repair services for irrigation controllers, water systems, and related equipment. Our services include diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and system upgrades for residential, commercial, and agricultural clients in Penang and surrounding areas.

Service Scope

  • Irrigation controller circuit board repairs
  • Water pump and system maintenance
  • Emergency repair services
  • System diagnostics and upgrades
  • Preventive maintenance contracts

Pricing and Payment

Service charges are based on diagnostic fees, labor costs, and parts required. We provide written estimates before proceeding with repairs exceeding RM 200.

Payment Terms

  • Diagnostic fee: RM 50 (waived if repair is completed)
  • Payment due upon completion of service
  • Emergency services may require 50% deposit
  • Maintenance contracts billed quarterly in advance

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a 6-month warranty on all repair work and replacement parts. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and part failures under normal operating conditions.

Warranty Exclusions: Damage caused by power surges, water damage, misuse, or modifications by others is not covered.

Warranty Claims

To claim warranty service, contact us within the warranty period with your service receipt. We will repair or replace defective work at no charge.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about system problems
  • Ensuring safe access to equipment
  • Maintaining systems according to manufacturer recommendations
  • Prompt payment of invoices
  • Notifying us of any safety concerns

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, crop losses, or water damage resulting from system failures. Maximum liability does not exceed the invoice amount for services rendered.

Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7 with additional charges. Emergency rates apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday service calls. Response time goals are within 4 hours for critical failures.

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled with 24-hour notice. Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once technician is dispatched. Maintenance contracts require 30-day written notice for cancellation.

Property Access and Safety

Customers must provide safe access to equipment and work areas. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe. Any hazardous materials or conditions must be disclosed before service begins.

Intellectual Property

All repair documentation, diagnostic procedures, and technical solutions remain our intellectual property. Customers may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary repair methods.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to Malaysian law and jurisdiction of Penang courts. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30-day notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Current terms are always available on our website.
